Bob Cole and his wife, Lorraine pioneered and have pastored Victory Tabernacle Church in Burien, Wa. since 1976. 

They have raised up a Ministry Team.  Since 1990, Bob has been traveling to the nations. 

The Lord has opened up many doors for him in Switzerland and Germany.   He is a Prophetic Teacher growing into Apostolic Ministry. 

His mission is to teach, train and mentor encouragement to leaders.
